Customer access to e-mobility

Successful commissioning of the charging station in simple steps.

The electrical connection of the charging station and the actual commissioning are two separate processes; once the connection work has been completed, no further measures such as measurements or adjustments are required on site.

First, the future operator of the charging station must open a customer account via the following link:

They will be guided through the menu and must complete the relevant mandatory fields. After completing and checking the entries for completeness, the new customer will receive a corresponding confirmation and their customer number. This customer number is mandatory so that the charging station can be assigned accordingly.

Before commissioning and activation can be carried out on site at the charging station via the telephone number +31 411 745022 (Monday to Thursday from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm and Friday 8.30 am to 3.00 pm), the future operator must specify the operating mode and the costs.

Please have the following data ready for commissioning

1. ID number of the charging station (labelled on the inside of the socket cover)
2. The exact installation address of the charging station
3. Value of the back-up fuse of the charging station supply line (63A, or lower?) - if necessary, the maximum charging power could be limited here.
4. Your customer number and customer name
5. Statement as to whether the charging station is private (only specially authorised users) or public (roaming function is activated for all users, via app, RFID card or similar)
6. Determination of the electricity tariff for billing

The costs for the selected operating mode are billed directly to the account of our back office operator.
