dig the foundation pit according to the concrete foundation size plus space for compaction; compact the subsoil if necessary; apply a blinding layer made of sand; insert the concrete foundation, fill and compact it, insert the column and pull the ground cable in; adjust the pole and fill the gaps with sand screed and compact it; seal the annular gap with a 3 cm thick concrete layer
