Demolition and new construction. Pflegen & Wohnen Hamburg demolished its buildings in Marienthal after 40 years of intensive use because they no longer met the requirements of modern care. A modern new building was built, which is now bright, friendly, communication-friendly and comfortably furnished. Particular attention was paid to the noticeable proximity to nature, so that the terraces and balconies open into a beautiful garden landscape. In the evening hours, the paths and communication areas are illuminated by the reserved, straight-lined STELLA bollards and luminous columns. The warm white light sets accents and ensures safety and a feel-good atmosphere for the residents. The ARNE luminaire was installed on the streets and access roads. The rounded head harmonizes with the round STELLA lights. Here too, monitoring modules were installed in a second door on the mast so that the way to the assembly point can be found quickly and safely in an emergency.
