EVA HELPS PROMOTE CYCLING PATHS
The expansion of municipal cycling infrastructure is still being funded. Since 2020, 900 million euros have been made available for this purpose. There is a higher funding rate for cycle paths with the intelligent CLEVER LIGHT lighting control. In Hohenkirchen (Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania), along the beautiful, elongated Wismar Bay, cycle paths were recently created that delight tourists and locals. The cup-shaped EVA lamp with its lens technology brings light to the paths where it is needed. The glass body glows gently ahead of the cyclists and creates perfect orientation and safe cycling in the dark hours. The highlight is the use of the integrated CLEVER LIGHT light management system. Whenever a cyclist rides on the path, the light level is increased. If the paths are not used, the light is reduced to a minimum or switched to standby.
