PETRA AND KATJA OPTIMIZE THE TOURIST INFORMATION IN MERSEBURG.

The city of Merseburg, known as a cathedral and university town, stretches picturesquely along the Saale river in Saxony-Anhalt. In the Middle Ages, it was an important center for Saxon and later Brandenburg history, as it was the seat of the Merseburg bishops and played an important role in the Christianization of the region. In addition to the impressive Merseburg Cathedral and the castle, the old university with its historical roots and the city walls are also of great interest. The tourist information office is located opposite the town church of St. Maximi. The KATJA benches invite you to take a break and admire the town church. With its light brown seat made of impact-resistant plastic, it blends harmoniously into the surroundings. The PETRA wastepaper bin complements the seating and keeps the area clean. The PETRA information bracket with stickers on both sides rounds off the overall picture.
