A PLACE FULL OF HISTORY AND ATMOSPHERE
The Wöltingerode Monastery Estate near Goslar, in the Vienenburg district, looks back on an impressive history: founded as early as 1174, it is considered the oldest Cistercian monastery in Lower Saxony. Today, this historic ensemble is not only a popular excursion destination on the edge of the Harz Mountains, but also well known for its monastery distillery, gastronomy, events, and conferences held in a truly special setting. For several years now, our VOLKMAR heritage luminaires have been providing atmospheric yet functional lighting for the outdoor areas. With its timeless, understated design, VOLKMAR blends harmoniously into the historic architecture without drawing attention to itself. The satin-finished PMMA cover creates a pleasantly soft, glare-free light and enhances the unique atmosphere of the monastery estate. The cylindrical steel pole, standing at a height of 3.5 meters, is perfectly matched to the post-top luminaire, forming a clean and elegant unit. VOLKMAR is also used as a wall-mounted luminaire with a stylish bracket, rounding off the overall architectural concept in a cohesive way. THIS CREATES A CONSISTENT LIGHTING CONCEPT THAT SHOWCASES BOTH ARCHITECTURE AND SURROUNDINGS IN EQUAL MEASURE.
