INTELLIGENCE MEETS EXPANSION: CLEVER LIGHT LIGHTING FOR NEW OPERATIONS
NOVACAL, the renowned manufacturer of mobile functional furniture for the healthcare sector, is relocating and expanding its production facility to Saterland in Lower Saxony for 5 million euros. The spacious 36.5 m² factory site was equipped with an administration building as well as production and storage halls on 11 m². Parking spaces for 60 cars and 8 trucks as well as 400m of road were built for future expansion. The project was funded by the ERDF. This makes it all the more important to illuminate the large area in a nature conservation-compliant, safe and intelligent way, depending on the application. No problem with CLEVER LIGHT. Birds and toads and frogs live in the Hunte-Leda moorland. In order to keep the impact on nature and the landscape to a minimum, the intelligent lighting control CLEVER LIGHT was used throughout the factory premises. Light when needed. This means that the streets and parking spaces are illuminated with the ALFONS light based on the profile and motion sensor when cars or trucks drive on the site. The loading ramps are illuminated when loading or unloading. The paths for employees and visitors, where the attractive STELLA steles and bollard lights have been installed, are slowly dimmed without passers-by and are raised during operation. CLEVER LIGHT is also used on the large site to deter theft and monitor, as the lights are connected to the camera sensors in addition to the integrated motion sensors and therefore react and act synchronously to suspicious movements. WITH THE CLEVER ALFONS AND STELLA, USE THE LIGHT AS IT IS NEEDED – FOR PEOPLE AND NATURE.
